Terms of Service | Pop Prints ZA

Introduction: This Terms of Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs the terms and conditions under which Pop Prints (the “Company”) provides its 3D printing services (the “Services”) to you (the “Customer”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
Services: The Services include the printing of 3D objects from digital files provided by the Customer or Fan Art from Digital Artists. The Company does not create or sell copyrighted materials, and will only print copyrighted materials for personal use.
Payment: The Customer will pay the Company before any production begins for the Services in accordance with the Company’s pricing schedule.
Refunds: The Company will not issue refunds for Services that have already been completed.
Copyright: The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the digital files they provide to the Company do not infringe on the copyrights of others.
Liability: The Company is not liable for any damages that may arise from the use of the Services or Products provided.
Dispute resolution: Any disputes arising out of this Agreement will be resolved by binding arbitration.
